After the turmoil of recent times, the familiar HRCR Open Day is back to launch the coming year’s full programme of rally championships.
As previously, the multi-discipline HRCR will encourage visitors to explore three distinct halls: ‘Speed’, ‘Stage’, and ‘Road and Tour’. Each area will give event organisers and equipment suppliers an opportunity to guide visitors to the HRCR Championship that’s right for them.
This year’s theme is the RAC Rally Golden Fifty. Held in 1982, this event celebrated an important anniversary in the history of British rallying and heralded the arrival of historic rallying as an established sport. Cars from that event will be on display.
The free-to-enter Open Day will once again be hosted by the British Motor Museum at Gaydon, Warwickshire, CV35 0BJ, on Saturday 15th January.
With Covid still very much on everyone’s minds, the event will space stands accordingly, and comply with whatever guidelines are currently in force.
